SHIPPING


We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a notification with your tracking number.

Standard Shipping Time: Typically, 2-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

We only ship within the United States currently. We hope to offer international shipping soon, so stay tuned for updates!


RETURN


Customer satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 5-day money-back guarantee.

  • Condition: The item must be returned in the same condition it was received – unworn, with the original tag, and in the clear garment packaging with the SKU label.
  • Request Period: All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery.
  • Shipping Costs: Non-refundable.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at sales@extraordinary-store.com with the following details:

  1. Order Number
  2. Reason for Return
  3. Original Package Dimensions
  • If you still have the original packaging, please reuse it for the return if possible.
  • For a box, provide dimensions in the format: Length x Width x Height.
  • For a poly mailer bag, provide dimensions as Length x Width.

Once we receive your email, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number along with a prepaid return shipping label. We offer one free return shipping label per order. If additional returns are needed for the same order, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

Please ensure your Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the package. This number is required for all returned items.

Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. You can expect to see the refund reflected in your bank account within 2-5 business days.


SIZE EXCHANGE

If you need a size exchange, simply return the item for a refund (shipping costs are non-refundable) and place a new order for the correct size on our website.

DAMAGED/WRONG PRODUCT

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item.
