- If you still have the original packaging, please reuse it for the return if possible.
- For a box, provide dimensions in the format: Length x Width x Height.
- For a poly mailer bag, provide dimensions as Length x Width.
Once we receive your email, you will be sent a Return Authorization Number along with a prepaid return shipping label. We offer one free return shipping label per order. If additional returns are needed for the same order, shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
Please ensure your Return Authorization Number is clearly written on the package. This number is required for all returned items.
